Conrad Ferrel is a seasoned financial expert and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in driving business growth and delivering financial excellence. Conrad founded and successfully scaled True Buch Kombucha, one of Canada’s largest kombucha manufacturers, leading it to over $10MM in revenue. As CEO, he managed operations, developed strategic partnerships, and ultimately orchestrated the company’s acquisition by a strategic buyer.
Conrad's visionary leadership and commitment to operational excellence earned him recognition as one of Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 and a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019.
Before his entrepreneurial journey, Conrad held leadership roles in finance, including as CFO of Continuum Health Care Holdings Ltd., where he led the sale of a seniors' living portfolio valued at over $125MM. Conrad also served as an Audit Manager at KPMG LLP, overseeing audit engagements for private enterprises across various industries.
With deep expertise in financial strategy, capital management, and transaction leadership, Conrad now leverages his experience to provide contract CFO and financial consulting services, helping businesses achieve sustainable growth.
Conrad obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2009 with KPMG LLP after receiving a B.Mgt. Degree in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge in 2003.
